Welcome to the 2024 Women’s Pitch Contest!‍

Brought to you by SCORE Washington District

This Pitch Contest is open to women entrepreneurs and women small business owners in the Washington, Alaska and Northern Idaho region. Our aim is to help prepare women entrepreneurs and business owners to successfully seek financing, whether it's from an investor or a bank.

The winners of the Pitch Contest will receive cash prizes

To give these women the skills to develop a successful pitch, SCORE Washington District is offering a seminar on Pitch Tips & Tricks (no charge - everyone welcome) on March 12th at 5 pm (pacific time) via Zoom.

Following the seminar, you can work with a SCORE mentor to develop and refine your pitch. If you don’t have a SCORE mentor and would like to work with one, connect with a mentor here.

Finalists will be announced on April 4th. All finalists will be invited to make in-person pitches to a panel of judges on April 25th. The judges will include investors and bankers. Winners will be announced at the end of the event.

The winner of the Pitch Contest will be honored at the 2024 Small Business Awards Gala on May 1, 2024 at the Museum of Flight in Seattle.

Timeline

• Attend the Pitch Tips & Tricks Seminar Tuesday, March 12th at 5 pm online
• Your Presentation must be submitted by Friday, March 29th at 9 pm
• The Pitch Presentation will be reviewed, and finalists announced Thursday, April 4th
• Finalist Pitches will be presented to judges in person Thursday afternoon, April 25th
