EmPower Women’s Leadership Conference brings together women in trades careers to celebrate their success as leaders & inspire other women to find and embrace their inner leader.

The EmPower Leadership Awards are presented to women and businesses that exhibit leadership and action in the growth and advancement of women in the trades. Awards are given in 3 categories: The Trailblazer Award, The Emerging Leader Award, and The Industry Leadership Award.
