After a 30-year career in corporate marketing, Heidi built her own marketing business, where she personally experienced how inherited family dynamics can show up as self-doubt, overworking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and hesitation around visibility. Today, through her coaching practice, she brings both lived experience and trauma-informed insight to help women build awareness, self-trust, and self-led leadership in business and life.
